Juvenile crime is increasing in Costa Rica. Now we can see on television more crimes organized by young people.

For example two weeks ago one child stabbed on other boy. He confirmed that the aggressor was out of the control and he left the downtown.

The people does not understand why the children are not sentenced. Additionally, the law needs to care more the people.
